How many times can the tips be autoclaved?
The UP610 tips can be re-sterilized up to 100 times and must thereafter be disposed of as described in the disposal section. Also, it must be cleaned and sterilized between patients to avoid cross-contamination.

Will a computer be provided by UP3D?
UP3D does not provide computers directly, but our partners may choose to provide a bundle with a computer. Please confirm if the computer meets the recommended system requirements for UP610.

How to deal with software installation failure?
Please check according to the following tips:
(1) The installation package and Bin file must be stored in the same directory.
(2) The installation package name must maintain the default format and no additional suffixes can be added.
(3) To register an account, you must use an email address or mobile phone number, and the password must be a combination of 6-20 characters.
